The Composite Filling Process

Numbing: We apply local anesthesia so you are completely comfortable throughout the procedure
Decay removal: The decayed or damaged portion of the tooth is carefully removed
Bonding: The tooth surface is treated with a bonding agent that helps the composite adhere
Layering: Composite resin is applied in thin layers, each hardened with a special curing light
Shaping and polishing: The filling is shaped to match your natural bite and polished for a smooth finish

Advantages Over Amalgam
