How Our Plan Works

Member pays procedural fee to provider on the same day of service. These fees are deeply discounted below usual and customary fees.

We provide professional services at a reasonable fee. Payment is expected at time of service and may be made in the following ways…

Dr. Elannan thoroughly evaluated my situation, explained all of my options, and developed a plan to replace my bridge. Within just 2½ hours, I left with a temporary bridge, and they had already ordered my new porcelain bridge. I was so impressed by their efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care.
